Element 115. is a newly formed corp within the ranks of RaidenDOT.
We are based out of nullsec, and enjoy almost all aspects of the game itself.
Though the corp E115 itself is new with about 150 members strong, the players who initially joined are not.
Around 100 of our current members came from Thorn Syndicate, wich was formed in 2008 out of Thorn Alliance.
We came to a point where we needed change, thus the new corp and alliance.
E115 belongs to an alliance that holds a good amount of space to suit all isk making needs.
Raiden alliance is the amongst the top alliances in the game, giving the corp a very strong family to rely on.
We are a strong focused pvp corp. Bearing the E115 tag is not something for everyone. It requires the up most dedication effort by the members and even the leadership its self to function as a extremely specialized pvp corporation.
Tіps thаt іmprove your chаnces
ò Be 17 or older.
ò Have a internal reference in E115é without it you havе pretty much no chance.
ò DonÆt be lazyé ****ty applications might gеt shot down fast even іf you hаve a іnternаl reference.
ò We do not have a minimum amount of skill points but will require you to meet all or most of these criteria;
o Have the skills to fly a HAC
o Have the skills to fly covert ops
o Have the skills to fly a recon
o Have BS lvl 5 (preferably other then caldari)
o Have a personal carrier or on your way to fly / buy one.
We are primarily a US TZ corp, with a good amount of EU as well. We are actively recruiting in both the EU and US TZ but I must note we are mainly focused on the US TZ atm. * But do not let this hold you back if you are from another TZ - Feel free to play your cards *

See right there, part of the app. Putting the effort in to get in anyways despite whether you know someone or not. Knowing someone simply increases one chances. People like you who think like so are not what we look for and thankfully for us what comes with a mind set likes yours is a self turn away so i dont have the hard work of telling you to **** off

Our forum recruitment thread is open to everyone so what are you talking about ? Recruitment is selective meaning We'll take active higher sp toons. Not 10 mil sp drakes pilots. The thread really doesnt need to be rethought as it does what i intended it to do, recruit skilled pilots.

yea im really gana try and app and go throught he work when it says i dont even have a chance unless i know someone.
You have no motivations to even attempt. I dont want people like that... People apply still with that being stated and some get in others do not. And it was only reworded because people i guess are so stupid they cant read the header that says TIPS TO IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES !!!!! so learn to read properly then i wouldnt have to reword it for people like you.

Learn to read m8, Tips to improves ones chances of getting into corp. You can still apply not knowing anyone in the corp but knowing someone will make things alot easier for you, the applicant, just like it would nearly anywhere m8. Once again learn to read... your making yourself look rather stupid.
